YARN: this bag is crocheted with one strand of fingering/sport weight yarn. e.i. 600 m Molla cotton twine 12-ply from Suomen Lanka (100% coton – 100g = 256 m) color 41 Misty blue. (3 balls.) 
 
 
MATERIALS: scrochet hook 1.75 mm, tapestry needle, and 2 handles measuring approximately 60 cm.
 
NOTE: The length is easily adjustable, but keep in mind that the weight of the contents will cause the bag to stretch; I therefore recommend not making it too long to begin with.the bag consists of two identical panels joined together by a crocheted border.
It can be worn with the edge seam visible or with the seam on the inside. You will need to take this into account before sewing on the handles.
- To save yourself some work at the end, you can weave in the yarn ends as you crochet the border.
- You can also make this bag using a different yarn weight and a corresponding hook size; this will simply affect the final size of the bag.
