It's knitted from the point up, making it easy to adjust the size to your desired dimensions or the amount of yarn you have. The lace stitch requires concentration but is easy to knit (knit and purl stitches, yarn overs, decreases). The stitch pattern is provided in both written form and as a chart.

SIZES: adjustable
Version 1 measure 100 cm x 40 cm (40 x 15.75 inches).
Version 2 measure 130 cm x 56cm (51 x 22 inches).
GAUGE: depending on the pattern.
Version 1: 1 one motif measures 5 cm x 3.5 cm (2 x 1.5 inches).
Version 2: 1 one motif measures 4,5 cm x 3 cm (1.75 x 1.25 inches).
YARN: this pattern can be knitted with any type of yarn.
Please note that the choice of yarn(s) will affect the final size of the shawl and the needle size required.
