The garter stiches to his soft side, lace to refine a little while … “Aveline” is a triangular shawl asymetric. It is knit both sideways and downwards without needing to pick up stitches.
 
Gauge : 18 sts x 34 rows to 4” (10 cm) in garter stiches after blocking. Gauge is not essential but it will affect the final measures and the yardage.
 
Yarns : Approximately 800 m of fingering yarn. Sample is knitting using 2 skeins of The Uncommon Thread Everyday colorway Nutcracker. 
 
Matérials : US 6 (4mm) knitting needles (circulars or straights), 4 markers, tapestry needle
 
Finished Dimensions : approximately 25,5” (65 cm) height at center spine; 76,5” (195 cm) wingspan
