Petits Pois is an accessory somewhere between a scarf and a shawl.
It is worked back and forth in one piece, from tip to tip in St st and polka dot patterns in reverse stockinette stitch with built-in i-cord edges.
The instructions are given in the form of diagrams.
 
Techniques: St st, yo, k2tog, icord, grafting.

SIZES: scarf 160 x 32 cm or 63 x 12.5 inches – bandana 120 x 40 cm or 47.25 x 15.75 inches.
 
GAUGE: 26 sts x 30 rows for 10 x 10 cm or 4 x 4 inches in St st.
 
YARN: this pattern is knitted with a lace and a fingering weight yarn held together: approx 385 yards or 350 m of each yarn. 
 
NOTIONS: suggested needle size 3.5 mm/US 4 (scarf), 3.75 mm/US 5 (bandana) and tapestry needle.
 
NOTE: the scarf is knitted using Absolu sock (75% merino sw, 25% nylon – 100 g = 425 m) color Imagine and Soft mohair (64 % kid mohair, 36 % silk – 50g = 420 m) color Blue eyes from Les petits points parisiens.
 
The bandana is knitted using Basique organic twist (100% merino no sw organic – 100 g = 365 m) and Délice (53 % extra fine alpaga, 34 % soie, 13% cachemire – 50g = 400 m) color Blue eyes from Les petits points parisiens.
