Dolce Vita is a tank top/top with a very simple shape and a square neckline finished with a picot edge.
We start with the back straps then the front straps are picked up on the top of the shoulders. The body (back and front) is then joined and worked in the round in St st. Several options are available: sleeveless, with sleeves with and without decreases. The stitches of the armholes and the neckline are picked up then worked in the round in rib and border with picots, i-cord or ribbing. Sleeves are worked with shorts rows.
The estimated yardage for the version with sleeves is given for a shorter body length compared to the tank top. If you want a longer body, this will need to be taken into a
account for your yarn yardage.

Recommended ease: 2 to 4 inches or 5 To 10 cm of negative ease. To pick your best size, measure your full bust and remove your desired ease, then pick the finished bust circumference closest to that number. It is of course possible to adapt and knit a size with more or less ease than recommended.
Sample is shown in size 3 with 2.5 inches or 6 cm of negative ease.
GAUGE: 26 sts x 34 rows for 4 x 4’’ or 10 x 10 cm in St st with larger needles.
YARN: this top is knitted with one strand of fingering/sport weight yarn.
